Everything was delicious. I haven't had any Texas bbq in a long time. This hit the spot.

AMAZING ribs, pulled pork, brisket & Turkey. We have ordered a catering order from there several times and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT!!

A letter to my neighbor... "You broke my heart buddy. I thought we were friends. Good friends, maybe even best friends. But 3.5 years... 3.5 years is such a long time. And friends tell. How could you let me go this long without making sure I'd been to 407 BBQ? I feel like I've been robbed, not so much by their prices (as BBQ is always expensive), but in the fact that I've lost 3.5 years of my life not experiencing the tasty goodness that is 407 BBQ. We're better than this. You and I are givers. We care and dig to the bottom of our hearts to give the very best. Let's not let this opportunity, and any others like it, slip away again, especially for so long. I love you man and I forgive you. Let's move forward from this experience as better men and at the end of the day, as men, to truly be better; just like 407 BBQ.

The real McCoy 2 Meat Plate $24.00 *Wet brisket- perfectly moist and pulls apart. No knife needed. Even had a couple burnt ends so I got a real taste for their peppered rub. Outstanding. *Jalapeño cheddar sausage- this whole link is packed with spices. Full flavor without drying. This is how you sausage. *Potato salad- outstanding. A nice, creamy, and eggy yellow. *Coleslaw- sooo good. A little bitter but otherwise perfect. Absolutely worth the price for $24 and a little drive. This is real Texas BBQ my friends. The amount of food was enough to take away for a late day snack. Bonus!

Well let's start with the outside-there is plenty of parking and adequate amount of seating outside under the covered pergolas. A plus is, they have fans, which is nice on this summer fall day we are having. On the inside there is plenty of seating as well, they have all kinds of badges hanging on the wall which is interesting. The service was quick, we ordered at the counter and she was very friendly. Our food came out in a decent amount of time and was so delicious! I am a picky BBQ person and my husband usually doesn't suggest BBQ because of it, but it is definitely worth a shot! Both the sandwiches we ordered were packed with meat, and the options of sides was a nice change from other BBQ places. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Great family dinner as always when we all are able to get together it's a group favorite. So many great choices on how you want your Texas style BBQ, always brisket and sausage for me but sides are as important as the meats and last night I went with beans and okra both great but there was so much food we all shared sides the fried Brussels are worth the trip alone. Until next time 407 bbq, great job. 6 adults and 2 kids tons of leftovers $165 great BBQ. Travis

Stopped in to try 407 BBQ for lunch recently and had a great meal. The menu is pretty wide - ranging. In addition to pork ribs, brisket , sausage and the other standards , they also have a smoked meatloaf, bologna, and a smashburger. My wife has tried the smoked meatloaf before and couldn't resist trying it again. This being my first time here, I had to try the brisket and ribs. Everything was excellent. The brisket had obviously been made with love and care. The sides were good , but not superstars. I got a green chile sweet corn and baked beans and my wife tried their mac and cheese. My only complaint is that both my ribs and brisket were served room temp when i prefer them at least a little warm. But the flavors and great bark they got made up for it.

Wow, had a late lunch today at 4:07 barbecue, I have to say as I am leaving this review I am extremely conflicted. My wife wanted to try the burger. Ok fine! I'm a hard-core barbecue guy; if I wanted a burger I'd go to a burger joint. I agreed to split the burger with my wife and she could have whatever she wanted off my brisket and turkey combo plate. Well, damn. I actually think I like the burger better. It's THAT good. The only negative I could think to say about the burger is the fact that they stop serving it at 3 PM. In my opinion, that's a $20.00 plus burger a la' carte at any time of the day or night. Hell if I could get one of those at 10 o'clock at night, I might pay more. It's like Bryan's best kept secret. This is going to mess with me every time I walk in the door going forward. Burger or barbecue.

407 BBQ is the real deal. Recommended! Expect crowds during peak times. This restaurant is a local gem for a good reason. To get a marginally better barbecue will require an unnecessarily long drive. So, why bother leaving Argyle when you can get outstanding traditional Texas-style barbecue on your doorstep? For the rest of us, YES, it's worth the drive! Rest assured, the staff here are incredibly efficient at quickly moving customers through the line. Even if you arrive just prior to the rush, like we did, you'll see a constant flow of customers that soon turns into a line out the door. They're properly staffed, so while you may have to wait, it won't be for long. Prepare your taste buds for a treat. We ordered a three-meat combo platter to try a variety of meats, and we were not disappointed. The brisket is spot-on, traditional Texas barbecue. The ribs, while they had more of a tug than I prefer, tasted great. The "Hickory" sausage was a delightful surprise; it was much spicier than we expected, but it was delicious. The sides we ordered, beans and potato salad, were simple but satisfying. Pro tip: order the fried Brussels Sprouts. Perfectly prepared with a drizzle of homemade aioli sauce, these are the best Brussels sprouts I've ever eaten. Last year, they temporarily removed them from the menu. However, due to the outcry on social media, they quickly put them back on the menu as a premium side. The ambiance is casual, Texas countryside. It's just a little noisy, but there are ample outdoor dining areas to escape the hustle and bustle. If you're a barbecue purist with a critical palate, 407 BBQ will satisfy you. This barbecue joint will work fine if you want to treat an out-of-state guest to authentic Texas barbecue without driving toward Austin. It is also a go-to destination if you're simply craving outstanding food. We will return!
